Why hot tires are the reason to wait
Vehicle tires concentrate heat and load onto relatively small contact patches. Parking too early can imprint, soften or disrupt a coating that has not reached sufficient cure. The fact that a person can walk on the floor without leaving a mark does not prove it is ready for a car.
